1. Age 3 months.

5. Age 12 - 18 months.

Their favorite books are books with simple stories and books containing the song.
6. Age 19 - 30 months.
At this age children are able to say a sentence, although not perfect, so he was able to communicate with other. Some simple stories can be read which make your children happy. You also are able to give a picture-book which is equipped with explanation about the picture.
To cultivate interest in children reading, you are able to do a number of ways including the following.
A. Storytelling.
You are able to tell story to your toddler on a regular basis like every bedtime. You can improve a storytelling by introducing children to the picture-book. This is able to make the child began to like the book. You have to show that reading is fun and important.
B. Inviting children to the bookstore.
Occasionally you can invite your toddler to go to book shops or book fair. You can show a lot of books those are appropriate to their age. Let your toddler choose some books and you do not need to forbid your child to choose the book as far as those are suitable for his age.
C. Asking children to storytelling.
